My file isn't syncing correctly.

This means our software is unable to process this specific file correctly.

  1. Navigate to to the file within the Obsidian Scrybble plugin
  2. Click the "feedback" action next to the file
  3. An arrow pointing at the 'feedback button' within the Scrybble Obsidian plugin interface
  4. Fill in the details and share the file
  5. We'll get back to you via e-mail after you shared your file.
I want to cancel/change my subscription
Our subscriptions are managed by Gumroad.
  1. First, log in.
  2. Visit your profile
  3. Click "manage subscription"
  4. Make the desired changes.
My annotations look weird, are incomplete or are shown at the wrong position.

It's a known issue that sometimes your annotations (drawings, marginalia etc) can look a bit off! Sorry!

We're always working on improving our reMarkable annotations processing software.

I made highlights on my device, but they're not showing. What's up with that?
  1. Is your PDF a scanned document? The text might not be digitally embedded within the PDF document. We will use OCR and/or AI at later stages to simplify this process at a later Scrybble release, but this is not yet supported.
  2. You can run your document through a third-party OCR service and try again that way.

  2. Click the "feedback" button in the Scrybble sync plugin.
  3. This way, we can look at your document and fix the problem with a new update.
